Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In order to ensure appointment availability for all clients, our cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

1. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

2. Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur any fees.

3. Cancellations made outside of the designated notice period may be subject to cancellation fee of $50.

No-Show Policy:

1. A “no-show” occurs when a client misses an appointment without prior notification.

2. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a no-how fee amount of $50.

3. No-show fees must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation and no-show policy may be made on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an exception.
